Mail a seperate copy of the model release form and a copy of a picture ID for everyone shown
and everyone involved in the making of the pictures or videos, along with contact information and
a disk containing the pictures or videos to the address listed below.

Once we have received and reviewed the submitted material we reserve the right to decide whether or
not the submitted material will be posted on the NJOY Community page. Notification will be sent out if your
submission is denied for posting, along with a note explaining why it was denied. If your submission is
approved for posting you will be contacted and compensated based off the following pay scale:
